When will my order ship? 

We pride ourselves on top priority customer service. We strive to provide all customer service order processing same day or next business day. In the event that we receive an order with an item that needs to be customized (incense, candle or bulk order) or isn’t in stock; we will process orders within 3-4 business days. You will know when your order is being processed and has been shipped to you.  

How are shipping rates calculated? 

Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of the products ordered, the postal service used and the address of delivery. 

Do you combine orders? 

If our system notices that there are multiple orders being sent to the same address it is possible that the orders will be combined. 

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address? 

Absolutely!!! 

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it? 

Occasionally USPS tracking information can be incorrect. Packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. We ask that you allow an additional day or two and double check with neighbors and the post office to ensure that the package hasn’t been intercepted by someone else. 

Why is my order unfulfilled? 

Unfulfilled only means that it is being processed and hasn’t gone out for delivery. Once your order ships, the status will be updated as fulfilled and you'll receive an email with tracking numbers to confirm your status. 

Can my parcel be redirected to an alternate address? 

Unfortunately, when your orders ship, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. However, you should be able to update your address on the USPS website! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. An email will be generated to confirmation this action. 

Are there any known delivery delays in my area?

 We also recommend visiting the website for your local post office for delays specific to your city! 

 Additionally, B’Natural Fragrances, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country by air and ground delivery. Strikes and delays are beyond our control. 

Delivery and Returns Delays: 

Although we pride ourselves on prompt processing and order shipment, delays may occur at times which may cause packages to be undeliverable. In the event this happens, we will issue a refund once the package is received back to our physical location.  

Please note, B’Natural Fragrances LLC is not responsible for shipping deliveries and delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, air and/or ground transportation strikes or delays. We can only view the same information that you can via your order’s tracking number from the USPS website. 

Please allow our full shipping times to pass prior to reaching out to our Customer Support team! 

For domestic orders, shipping (including processing) may take up to 7 business days. 

For international orders, shipping (including processing) may take up to 20 business days. 

If your order hasn't been delivered within these time frames, please email our Customer Support team @[email protected] with your order number and tracking information so that we may provide additional assistance. 

For returned orders, please note that we will issue a full refund for your order once it is received back to our office and confirmed to be undeliverable by USPS. Additionally, we will not process a refund for a returned order until we have physically received the package.  

How do I track the delivery of my order? 

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for the contents that you ordered. If you have an account you can retrieve your order information under your Account Details as there would be an order history available. Alternately you can also track your item from the USPS website using your tracking number. 

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

At this moment expedited shipping is unavailable. However, we ship your orders in an expedited time frame so that you receive them ASAP. We strive to process all orders and have them shipped same day or next day unless noted otherwise.  

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered? 

We’re so excited for you to receive your order! If your order is shipping to a domestic address, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days but we ask you to allow up to seven. If your order is being shipped internationally, please allow between 12-20 business days. Also, note that business days do not include weekends or holidays! We recommend reaching out to USPS and/or your local post office for additional information on your order status. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please email our Customer Support team: [email protected]

What countries do you ship to? 

We ship worldwide! However, we do not currently ship to the following countries: North Korea, Turkey, Iran, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Vietnam, Guatemala, The Crimean region of the Ukraine, Sudan and Syria. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not covered with your B’Natural Fragrances order and must be paid in addition. 

My order shipped, when will it arrive? 

Woo-hoo!! You're getting closer to enjoying your amazing smell-goods!! Since all of our amazing products are sent via USPS delivery times may vary. For orders to residents within the USA, orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days of shipment (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Orders outside the USA can take up to 10 - 21 business days. The products will definitely arrive and you will LOVE the quality!! 

Do we ship to APO addresses? 

Definitely! Please follow these rules so that your package arrives to your location safe and sound! 

Write out the service member’s full name in the name field. Be sure to include their Unit as well on Address Line 1. 

The city field will need to be one of the following abbreviations set forth by the Military: 

APO: Army Post Office 

FPO: Fleet Post Office 

DPO: Diplomatic Post Office 

The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a “state code,” which is categorized by the following abbreviations: 

AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas) 

AP: Armed Forces Pacific 

AE: Armed Forces Europe (including-Canada, Middle East, and Africa) 

Set the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered part of the U.S.
