Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, there is no room to accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds.

Is there a way to route a refund to different account than the one used for purchase?

No. Unfortunately, we are only able to issue a refund to the original point of sale. If further issues arise, please feel free to reach out to your bank for clarification on their policies and procedures regarding their alternate account funds rerouting process.

USPS marked my package as undeliverable. Why?

Dang-it! in the event your package is determined to be undeliverable by USPS, it will be returned to our office. After we physically receive your package and confirm that it was undeliverable, a full refund will be issued for your order and you will be notified the issue has been resolved. Alternately, there will not be another order sent out as replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What happens if my US package is returned?

Firstly, I'm sorry for the confusion. If your package was returned by USPS: It should be rerouted back to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to reship any package that is determined to be undeliverable by USPS. We are also unable to provide more detailed information as to why your order was returned by USPS. If further questions arise contact your local postage carrier for a detailed explanation.

You're able to use your tracking number to estimate its delivery arrival back to us. A prompt refund will be issued once we physically receive your order and it is confirmed that your package was undeliverable. If you would like to purchase identical items, you will need to process a new order for those items. Again, sorry for the inconvenience, your order will be reprocessed quickly.

What happens if my items are broken during transit?

Oh-No!! We sincerely apologize for this mishap; we will replace any broken item.

Can I return my gift for a different item?

I'm so sad that you aren't happy with your product! However, due to the low-cost nature of our products there has been a no return, refund or exchange policy implemented. Again, sorry for any inconvenience.
